With a career of 14 years working in and around top luxury brands in Retail, Aviation, Hospitality and Events, Kaleem has gained an unparalleled insight into the world of luxury.
Kaleem’s last project was in 2014, launching and managing the brand Emporio Armani in Bangalore. His experience of working with the leading company Genesis Luxury in India has been the corner stone in understanding how the Indian luxury industry is defined and works strategically.
Working with Louis Vuitton and Harrods in UK has nurtured Kaleem’s expertise that comes from the best school of luxury learning and the real business approach from one among the top UK MBA Business School in 2010. This exposure gave him an insight of how the world’s top Luxury brands really strategise its doings in the competitive luxury industry.
He worked with Qatar Airways in 2003, wherein he was part of focus group working along with top consultants in redesigning and implementing In-Flight services, Product Development and Training. Kaleem started his career in 2000 with The Oberoi and continued working with Taj Group of Hotels.

Having travelled globally to over 80 countries and worked with top brands for 14 years, she has been conditioned to understand how Luxury brands work strategically in the global market to gain competitive advantage.
Her wealth of valued experiences comes from working with Airlines like Qatar Airways, Malaysian Airlines and Hospitality with Le Meridian. She was part of the change management group and worked along with leading consultants in Qatar Airways wherein she designed, developed and executed new standards for In-Flight Services, Crew Training Management and Customer Service Experience.
High net worth clients has been the common factor in her luxurious experiences, as she started her career in hospitality with Le Meridian. Her MBA background and her management expertise allows her to understand the value propositions from the Customers as well as the Business perspectives.
